Aliquots of CRPV (10² dilution) were mixed with concentrated SDS or concentrated N-9 to a final concentration of 0.05% as described in Materials and Methods. Untreated virus () or treated virus () was inoculated at two sites each per animal, and papilloma production was measured as the GMD of visible lesions on the indicated days.
