  Volume 43, no. 9, p. 2225-2230, 1999. Duplication of Arg58 and Pro59 was incorrectly described as a novel mutation. The mutation was in fact first reported by J. P. Maskell, A. M. Sefton, and L. M. C. Hall, Antimicrob. Agents Chemother. 41:2121-2126, 1997.
