  • a MICs are expressed in micrograms per milliliter. For calculation of geometric means, off-scale values were increased to the next dilution. For M27-A, according to NCCLS method M27-A, testing was done with conidia at a final concentration of 0.2 × 103 to 2.5 × 103 CFU/ml. For M38-P, according to NCCLS method M38-P, testing was done with conidia at a final concentration of 0.4 × 104 to 5 × 104 CFU/ml.
